Customer Experience Manager

guidde is looking for a passionate customer experience manager to join our customer success team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, a passion for helping people, and the ability to think creatively to solve customer issues. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone committed to providing a world-class experience for our customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Help customers with product questions and issues
  • Work closely with the VP of Customer Success to develop customer experience strategies
  • Enhance the product based on customer feedback by working with our development and product teams
  • Develop and document internal and customer-facing product knowledge

Job Requirements

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support/experience role.
  • Native English Speaker or comparable (spoken and written English must be mother tongue level)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to self-manage and take initiative.
  • Previous experience working with video platforms - An advantage.
  • Experience with Intercom, JIRA, Hubspot - An advantage
