Guidde is looking for a talented NY or California based Account Executive.

Job Responsibilities

Guidde is looking for a talented NY or California based Hybrid Account Executive who will close new business deals, manage a large portfolio of existing clients and will work to increase Guidde’s value within these accounts.

  • The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position; you will own the full sales cycle from closing the customer’s first deal with Guidde to building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiation and contracting.
  • Lead discovery and demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practices
  • Proactively own and manage a portfolio of SMB, Mid Market and enterprise-level accounts, becoming their trusted advisor and influencer.
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities(up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
  • Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to generate awareness and drive usage of Guidde.
  • Partner with others at Guidde to ensure successful new business deals, account management and surface customer inputs back.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of B2B SaaS sales, account management or consulting experience
  • It is a plus if 2 or more of those years were spent as a deal closing Account Executive
  • Fluent English - must.
  • Proven experience as the owner of the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathetic, and energetic
