Marketing Operations
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Develop and implement marketing operations strategies to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage marketing technology stack, including hubspot, analytics tools, and other platforms, to support campaign execution and measurement.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Establish and maintain marketing operations best practices, standards, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations roles in a high-scale SAAS company
- At least 2 years as a certified hubspot administrator
- Expertise in user acquisition and budget planning
- Familiarity with different marketing functions (social media, SEO, marketing automation, demand generation)
- Experience working with data BI and analytics tools such as Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau/Power BI/data visualization, and SQL (an advantage).
- Proven experience in building plans and processes for complex operations
- Strong presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights
- Curiosity, ambition, proactiveness, and strong collaboration and communication skills
