Senior Product Manager

Guidde is looking for an experienced product leader to spearhead our entire product line. Your work will influence the day-to-day work of tens of thousands of business professionals. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with a proven track record of delivering delightful user experiences with a non-trivial technology product, well versed with a product-led growth (PLG) strategy. You’ll become a domain expert working together with the company’s founders and leadership to drive our product strategy together with a high quality day-to-day product delivery.
- Define what success means for the business and our customers, and prioritize our roadmap to achieve those outcomes.
- Work with designers, engineers, and others to execute on guidde’s vision.
- Champion product quality, and work closely with designers, engineers and the QA team to ensure that we are delivering reliable and high-quality outputs.
- Continuously gather data and user insights to Develop a deep understanding of our customers, and use that to drive decision-making. Be right, a lot!
- Get your hands dirty on occasion, working together with teams on their biggest challenges.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years product management experience in delivering impactful SaaS products, especially in the video, collaboration, or content creation space.
- Strategic and analytic — you know how to translate complex ideas into simple and actionable plans.
- “Technical enough” to enable productive conversations with engineers.
- “Design savvy” with a great eye that can just tell what elegant and efficient design looks like.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills - you’re comfortable in speaking and influencing internal stakeholders and customers alike
- Experience with quantitative and qualitative user research.
