Loom is a team collaboration app that helps teams to work together on projects. It allows teams to collaborate on projects in real time, and was created with the intention of being used by creative teams like video production companies, design studios, and advertising agencies.

However, there are some problems with Loom. While they do have some cool features, the company has been receiving criticism. We’ll dig into this criticism and discuss the top 3 complaints we’re hearing.

1. Not intuitive

The first challenge is that people don't know how to use Loom. Loom's interface is not intuitive, so it takes time to learn how to use it. The platform makes you go through a lot of steps just to get started, which cis very frustrating. There are also a lot of features that are not well explained by the user interface, so you have to search for them on the internet or in their help files.

2. Application instability

Loom is a mobile app that allows users to create videos with their own photos and videos. However, Loom has been experiencing some problems lately and has been criticized for its frequent crashes. There have been many reports of the app crashing or not working properly on different devices. This is a major issue for the company because it means that users are not able to access the app.

The app would crash when users are in the middle of editing a video, or they would be unable to edit any videos at all. Users have complained about the crashes on various social media platforms, including Twitter and Facebook. One user even called Loom “the worst video editor ever” because of how frequently it crashed. Loom has responded to these complaints by releasing updates that have fixed some of the crashing issues for some users, but not all of them.

3. Poor video quality

Poor video quality is a common issue faced by many people. This can be caused by a number of reasons, but the most common cause is the bad quality of the original footage.oor video quality is a common problem with Loom. Users have reported that Loom's videos often have a lag time of about 5 seconds, which can be frustrating when you're trying to watch something live or in real-time. Loom also has issues with sound quality, as some users report hearing static and other noises while watching videos on the app.
