Team members access and password settings can be updated
Go to
selectivehardwarehelp.zendesk.com
1. Click "People"
2. Click "Team members"
3. Select the Agent you want to update and change
4. Here you can select there roles and what they have access too
5. Select the drop down
6. Choose between "Admin" or "User"
7. Click to disable or enable any Product
8. Click "Account"
9. Click "Change password"
10. Add existing password if known
11. Add new password and confirm
12. Click "Change password"
