How to create a schedule on Zendesk

You can set an availability schedule for your chat agents by enabling operating hours on your account. You can display this schedule to customers during your offline hours.

Go to selectivehardware.zendesk.com

1. Under "Objects and Rules"    Click "Schedules"

2. Click "Add schedule"

3. Create a schedule Name

4. Add a time Zone

5. Drag and drop times required

6. Click "Holidays" to add

7. Click "Add holiday"

8. Name your Holiday

9. Add the Holiday date

10. Click "Confirm"

11. Click "Save"

12. Your Schedule now active
