How to link Twitter account to Zendesk

Add a Twitter account so that public messages, public mentions, public replies and public likes to Tweets become tickets

🎤 Click "Channels"

🎤 Click "Twitter accounts"

🎤 Click "Add your first Twitter account."

🎤 Add your twitter account details

🎤 Click "Authorize app"

🎤 Account now linked

🎤 Click "edit"
