Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try Guidde before committing to a plan?
Yes. You get a free 7-day Business trial, no credit card required. You'll have access to most Business plan features, including AI text-to-voice, the Desktop App, and Brand Kit. Some features (like MP4 export) require an active paid subscription.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you don't upgrade, your account automatically moves to the Free plan. All your videos stay intact, you just won't be able to edit more than the last 25. No content is deleted.
Do all users take up a paid seat?
No. Only Admins, Content Managers, and Creators consume paid seats. Viewers can be added to your workspace at no extra cost.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. On monthly plans, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from Workspace Settings. Changes take effect at the end of your billing period. On annual plans, certain changes (like reducing seats or switching back to monthly) require contacting support. If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current cycle. We don't offer refunds for unused time.
What's the difference between Business and Enterprise?
Both plans include AI voiceover, the Desktop App, analytics, and export options. Enterprise is built for organizations that need more control, scale, and security. You get SSO and SCIM provisioning for seamless user management, multi-language translation to reach global teams, SCORM export for LMS integration, Broadcast to deliver contextual guidance inside your tools, custom AI avatars, content review and approval workflows, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
